Thank you, Jamie, for the heartwarming thoughts. I must say, I thought of you while writing this post because I associate your writing with poetry, questions, and beautiful one of a kind words like "cuoreosity." I also think of Veronika when searching the origins of words.
I’m so grateful to have been in the presence of people who inspire me, and you are definitely one of them.
"What do we see and what do we know?" — you always give me gifts in words.
Thank you for reading, for seeing beyond and for being a human who sees other humans, sharing the journey in meaning and alchemy- I see you too!
Warm hugs, Greek-like, flavored with olive oil and sea breeze in early spring.
Seeing beyond. Thanks Katerina. Greek flavoured with olive oil and sea breeze! Now you brought some words too that just opened up a door to a poem. Off to catch it by the tail! Stay tuned! Bless you.
Enjoy diving into the tailed mermaid poem! I'll stay tuned and look forward to new doors and windows that create landscapes of beautiful words and feelings. Bless you as well!
Ah Katerina! The art of seeing is never through the eyes. I love this curiosity! Can I say “cuoreosity” 😊?
The questions! The quest. What if the questions themselves are the very journey?
“How you get to know is what I want to know!”
To see. Seeing the way.
“Life has steered me in many directions, but over time, I learned that the questions were where I truly found myself.”- I totally resonate! Have lived into the same reflections of soul and heART.
“It was in the asking, the curiosity, the constant search for meaning, that I found the answers to keep going. The knowledge I gained from facing those fears and asking uncomfortable questions is something I hold deeply now. It taught me about the value of reflection and seeing life from many, many angles.” So well said and well lived in all of the different ways you have shared the journey in how you have created. How you have served. Alchemy indeed. Sexuality. Meaning. Growth. Guiding. Seeing - beyond the image.
What do we see and what do we know?
Mystery the muse.
I enjoyed how you flowed through this post through the words that live into the questions. Thank you! There are lots of doors to transformation here and in the links to your past offerings. Connection. Congrats on your website and your current offerings. Guiding. Seeing- beyond the image.
Some people have the gift of helping us see beyond our “self”. Thank you for sharing yours!
I have found that finding the right questions is more important than finding answers. Thank you for sharing your journey with and towards the questions!
I must say, I’ve often wondered what kind of questions you’ve asked—and continue to ask yourself—that lead to the extensive research you do. Your curiosity and dedication are truly inspiring. Veronika, even if I don’t comment on all of your posts, I sometimes find myself thinking that I would love to become more like you. I admire the complexity, diversity, and your unique mindset, the way you view life.
I honestly don’t know how you have the intellectual capacity and energy to organize all your thoughts so beautifully, but I will continue to ask myself how I can improve by being inspired by you and grow from that.
This isn’t about offering empty words out of kindness, but I genuine express a lot of admiration for your work and presence. Thank you for being here looking at my drawings liking them. It truly means a lot.♥️ ♥️ 🧚🏽
Aw, Katerina, bless you! I feel very touched by your words xx
What kind of questions have I asked and am continuously asking....?
Before I answer this question, let me tell you that what I am seeing in you are several traits and talents similar to mine. You are obviously very creative, intelligent, educated in various fields, have high standards of presenting your work, and you are a 'seeker'. I recognise in your drawings the attention to detail, revealing beauty in simplicity .... I also sense a yearning familiar to me from within my own heart and soul.
The inspiration you are seeking is already within yourself, waiting to be called forth. My writing now is a far cry from what I produced 25, 10, or even 3 years ago. This has grown and unfolded out of the practice.
Like you, I am a multi-talented creative. For a long time, I didn't know which one of my creative talents to pursue and develop. Although in hindsight writing looks like the obvious one, it wasn't obvious to me back then...
One aspect where we might differ ~ and it might surprise you when I say this ~ is that my thinking is at its core very childlike, and I have learned to trust that.
The work of Synchronosophy that you see now has grown out of the question: What is the good reason for negative experience? It was a question that really bugged me! I needed to find out. Like a 3-year old asking the same question over and over 😊
Whenever I hit a roadblock in my work, I turned inwards with the next question. I still do. This is the 'secret to my capacity and energy'. I have developed a way to work with my 'creative genius' which allows me to 'step into the flow' for every chapter and every piece I write. This is not intellectual capacity. It is Inspiration I am working with. And I know you can do this too. I'd suggest that you start with a question that bugs you and write morning pages. It's a simple technique to which I return all the time...
In the next Volume on my Synchronosophy substack I'm planning to offer simple practical exercises. (Mainly in the form of questions!) ~ I'm basically planning to share all my 'secret power tools' and you're most welcome to ask me any questions.... 🙏 💕 ✨
Veronika, It's so nice to read your words and see myself through them. While reading late at night, in solitude and silence, I felt incredibly grateful for being here on Substack, for having the courage to try and write. Little by little, even though I have many skills and passions, I find myself falling more and more in love with words and their power. I choose them almost every day instead of other activities, and I know this is a sign.
I'm not surprised that you write with such a childlike energy, yet I can feel the weight of your life experience and all that you've stored in your heart, ready to unfold. I can see that you are harvesting the fruits of your hard work, and it's no coincidence that your writing is so full of depth and meaning. I can tell that your words come from years of learning and living.
I will definitely try your suggestions in my own writing—thank you for taking the time to share all of this with me. You’ve mirrored me in such a beautiful way. I'm truly grateful to be part of a group of women I admire and look up to. It's heartwarming to see this recognition and to know I'm not alone on this journey. Your description of the process resonates deeply with me, and it pushes me forward, giving me the strength to write more boldly and claim my space. Thank you, truly.
I look forward to thisssss: "In the next Volume on my Synchronosophy substack I'm planning to offer simple practical exercises. (Mainly in the form of questions!) ~ I'm basically planning to share all my 'secret power tools' and you're most welcome to ask me any questions.... 🙏 💕 ✨ "
Hi Katerina, thank you for sharing aspects of your journey. I can relate to the inner child you mention — she is essence of my being, and as an adult, I am introverted — just who I am — sometimes people have thought I am aloof and abrupt, particularly in my professional work. The young adults I have worked with in my career have always had a different perspective, which speaks to me on multiple levels. The 'curiosity' and 'open heart' of the inner child is who I am in soul's essence and it has been a reciprocal recovery of self I am still exploring. Sexuality — yes, the sensual body in its totality as portal for soul's creative expression is what has been coming forth in my most recent messaging. Your drawings are beautiful and delicate — they too carry the frequencies of love. Thank you🙏 💜 😊
Simone, thank you for the lovely thoughts, for sharing bits of your own experience and curiosity, and for embracing my vision of sexuality. I loved the visual you created — a portal for soulful creative expression. Thank you for seeing beyond my drawings and recognizing the love I have for the feminine power of creating beauty and delicate connections with Mother Nature. With gratitude, thank you!🙏 💜 😊
Katerina, your passion and talent for writing and drawing shines so brightly - it’s deeply honest and profoundly inspiring. Thank you for sharing these glimpses of your personal journey, filled with insights, intuitions and reflections that resonate on such a deep level. Watching you grow into your wisdom and resilience is a beautiful thing, as you gracefully transform vulnerability into a powerful source of strength.
Your words have the ability to uplift and encourage so many, reminding them that they’re neither weak nor defined by judgment - whether from others or themselves. You’re becoming such an inspiring mentor, and it’s a joy to witness your journey. Substack is a very special place! I really admire how you embrace life’s uncertainties, seeing questions not as burdens but as friendly companions along your path.
Paying attention to dreams is such a poignant reminder, especially in dark times when the (inner) eye begins to see much more clearly. It’s wonderful to hear how the Tarot has played a vital role in your healing journey; I can’t wait to read your thoughts about it when you’re ready to share … as well as your next post on 'Rejection.' Myself, I discovered the Tarot many moons ago. I'll write a little intro one day soon.
Your story is still unfolding, and there’s such beauty in living amidst the tension of opposites, in a space that allows questions to exist and invites you to sit with them. That space is where your wisdom will continue to grow. And as for curiosity, I cherish my own curious nature - it’s led me throughout my life. It’s taken me to the most wonderful and bizarre places on my homeward bound journey, yet I wouldn’t trade the meaning I derived from those experiences for the world.
Oh wow, Deborah, thank you 🥺, this is a love letter I’m going to print and tuck into my journal, where I keep all the things I need to carry with me—just as you did with your poems as a teenager. I wish I could say this to you while looking into your eyes over a cup of chamomile tea, my favorite.
Thank you for taking the time to leave me such a thoughtful, layered message. I want you to know it won’t be lost in the vast ocean of the digital world—it will stay with me, cared for into the journey ahead for both of us.
I’m looking forward to sharing more and growing into the confidence of calling myself a mentor. Little by little, I’ll find the structure for what is still waiting inside me to be offered to the world. Facing the fear of putting myself out there is a challenge, but in the end, it doesn’t matter. The internet is already full of people thinking thoughts and knowing knowledge. The real work is daring to take up space.
For many of us—the children who weren’t exactly planned—finding our place in the world is a journey of its own. But individuation is a process I cannot skip. I owe it to myself to Become. And I want to give back because that is an order of things I believe in, as Jung himself put it best. Many, many thanks!!!
In the words and wisdom of Rumi ... “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” May it be so. ❤️

I find myself reading this again. Some of it reminds me of the mapless state I attempt and my dream of driving in the dark with the lights off
