We forget how our bodies are put together and how precisely atoms, cells, and the universe move and dance because we are so busy with our daily lives.
Thinking about all of this performance never gets old for me. I'm amazed at how complicated everything is and how our thoughts can take us "off-line," away from the present moment, making us miss out on the chance to enjoy it more.
It's truly amazing how well everything fits together to let us live and experience the world.
