I'm here to share my thoughts
Hi there!
I am Katerina, a Sexuality Integration Guide, with studies in art, science (geology, paleontology, astrobiology), psychoanalysis, and history. My curiosity about understanding human behavior, the beliefs that guide us, and social constructs has brought me into writing, specifically into understanding and integrating aspects of human sexuality. I believe that sexuality is not just a part of us but a whole. Sexuality is the source of life and our connection with nature, the universe, spirituality, and others.
My curiosity doesn't end here; it propels me to pursue my passion for research beyond psychology. I am committed to continual learning because, for me, it's not just an activity—it's my favorite pursuit and life goal.
The Importance of Sexual Integration and Why all of my research is related to Sexuality
Sexuality is an essential part of our well-being and it allows us to live authentically and embrace our true selves. By acknowledging and accepting our unique desires and preferences, we can cultivate a sense of wholeness and self-acceptance.
And one of my motivations for writing about sexuality is that I want to provide education through my writing and cover a wider range of topics, combining facts from history, art, and everything related to spirituality.
As I grew up, I didn't have much access to diverse information, so I believe this is my opportunity to put something out there in the hopes that someone will benefit. I'm proud to say that all of these subjects are heavily influenced by my reading and life experience. One of writing goals is to remain as neutral as possible, strike a balance with my ideas and have a warm tone. I don't believe in any ideology or absolute truths; instead, I take what I think is useful or good in the world and apply it to my own benefit. I don't feel like I belong to any groups or agree with popular ideas. I am a solo person, and this was my gift: not being overly influenced by others, but rather a free spirit with a strong desire to express myself through art.
Covering the field of psychology, science, art and history, I have a deep desire to understand the complexity of the human mind and behavior.
Why subscribe?
For those wondering why someone may want to subscribe, here are two reasons: First, my writing is (hopefully) beneficial since I'm sharing my combined understanding of psychology, art, science, and history of what I've discovered as I learn it and filter it; second, if there is anything I have to contribute on Substack that you can't obtain elsewhere.
Thus, this stack is a trip we're on together, not just me delivering awesome readings. So if that seems like your type of activity, come by! In addition, if you are already a subscriber, consider stopping by and say hi more often! I like discussing all things amusing, even if my posts aren't really funny. I promise that I always am, and my notes, writings, and chats are at your disposal at all times. Enjoy complete access to the publication and newsletter archives.
Stay up-to-date
Be the first to know when I post an update or announce a new article. I'm excited to introduce a few new areas of nourishment knowledge, which I'll be updating here shortly. One section titled "Writing out loud" will include my personal thoughts and insights, as well as a conversational section with interviews titled "Therapeutic Toolbox: Interviews & Insights". I will also create a paid section with adult-themed content. They will have a wealth of useful information, and as usual, I have prepared them slowly but steadily. Thank you for reading all the way down!
